Last week, the GHCDS community gathered to recognize students whose academic achievement during the
2025–2026 school year earned them a place on the Honor Roll or Head of School List.
These awards recognize more than a single strong grade or trimester. Honor Roll students maintained an overall average of at least 89%, with no year-end course grade below 80%. The Head of School List, our highest academic distinction, requires an average of at least 95%, with no trimester grade in any course falling below 89%.
We are especially proud of seniors Cameron Cullinan, Ella Evora, and Tristan Samuel, who earned Head of School honors for their junior year. Each maintained an average above 95% while pursuing a demanding academic program that included additional Cambridge AS Level coursework and challenging independent studies. Even as the rigor of their schedules increased, none allowed a trimester grade to fall below 89%. Their achievement represents the kind of sustained effort, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to scholarship we hope to cultivate in all GHCDS students.
Congratulations to all of this year’s honorees!
