Congratulations to GHCDS senior Madelyn Donnelly on earning 2nd Place in the 2026 Congressional Art Competition for the U.S. Virgin Islands! This is an extraordinary accomplishment and a testament to Madelyn’s creativity, talent, and artistic dedication.
