This weekend marked an emotional and meaningful milestone for several GHCDS seniors as they competed in their final Virgin Islands Long Course Championship Meet with the Dolphins Swim Team, bringing to a close more than a decade of dedication, discipline, and unforgettable memories in the pool.
Amid the excitement of prom weekend, teammates, coaches, families, and supporters took time to celebrate these remarkable student-athletes, many of whom have proudly represented the Dolphins for the past 10 years or more. From early morning practices and countless laps to championship races and lifelong friendships, their swim journeys have been defined by perseverance, teamwork, and tremendous personal growth.
In true Dolphins tradition, the meet concluded with the beloved senior swim in cap and gown—a joyful and symbolic moment honoring the commitment and accomplishments of these graduating athletes as they prepare to dive into the next chapter of their lives.
