Last Thursday, the Business and Entrepreneurship Club welcomed its third and final local business leader as part of its Guest Speaker Program. The featured speaker, Ms. Elizabeth Armstrong, Owner and President of the renowned Buccaneer Beach & Golf Resort, shared valuable insights from her leadership journey in the hospitality, transportation, and hardware industries.
During the session, Ms. Armstrong spoke with students about entrepreneurship, leadership, customer service, and the realities of managing successful businesses. Students had the opportunity to ask thoughtful questions and gain practical advice from an experienced local business leader.
As the club prepares to launch its emerging student-led snack delivery venture, Snack Dash, Ms. Armstrong’s insights will help students think more strategically about the customer experience and working with teams.
