The Public Speaking Club hosted its second spokesperson as part of its Guest Speaker Program, an integral initiative aligned with the club’s commitment to developing confident and knowledgeable leaders through real‑world learning experiences. The featured speaker, Rob Engel, is the Assistant Head of School at St. Croix Montessori School, and shared many intriguing, reflective lessons.
During the session, Mr. Engel shared his experiences and expertise on comfort zone, personal growth, and leadership, emphasizing the importance of challenging beliefs and systems. His discussion provided students with a valuable real‑world perspective that connected emotional intelligence or "soft skills" with goal setting, intellectual growth, and public speaking.
