Our Personal Finance students dove headfirst into the world of entrepreneurship this week as they stepped into the Shark Tank!
In this exciting project, students were challenged to create their own innovative product or service—and then craft a full business proposal just like the ones pitched on the hit TV show Shark Tank.
To earn the sharks’ approval, each team had to consider:
- A strong, well-defined product or service
- A creative and strategic marketing plan
- A clear management structure
- Realistic financial planning
- An enticing ownership offer
And for the brave (and musically gifted!)… bonus points for writing and performing an original jingle during their pitch!
We’re so proud of the creativity, collaboration, and confidence our Panthers showed as they pitched their ideas. From problem-solving to public speaking, this hands-on experience offered real-world skills that students can carry with them long after the semester ends.
