Public Service Announcements:
My wife Brenda is a volunteer at My Brother’s Table, a meal center in Frederiksted that serves 70 meals a day. The food is cooked by Ms. Rose and Ms. Hyacinth, both of whom have been serving the community for many years (and they are both great cooks). Brenda has been witness to the difficulty this organization is having in their quest to feed the homeless. Their funding has been cut, and they are running out of supplies. As we approach the Holiday Season, GHCDS would like to invite you to contribute some much needed supplies. I will set a table out front where you can drop off supplies. The supply list is posted below. Thank you in advance for supporting this very important organization.

Large cans of Vegetables (corn, green beans, mixed vegetables, etc.)
Large cans of Bean (red, pink, black, pigeon peas, etc.)
Long Grain Rice
Instant Mashed Potatoes
Spaghetti
Macaroni
Tomato Sauce and Ketchup
Various Drinks (juices, water, large cans of dry powdered Tang and ice tea)
Large cans of Tuna and Salmon
Paper Towels and Luncheon Napkins
Gallon and Quart size Zip Lock bags.
