School Photo Week at GHCDS

This week, GHCDS students and faculty stepped in front of the camera for School Photo Week, a cherished tradition that captures more than just a smile — it marks a rite of passage. From the youngest Panthers in the Early Learning Center to our soon-to-be graduates, each portrait tells the story of a moment in time, a milestone in the journey of learning and growth.

At GHCDS, this tradition culminates with the most symbolic portraits of all: Senior cap-and-gown photos. These images represent both an ending and a beginning — celebrating the achievements of the Class of 2026 while looking ahead to all the possibilities of their future.

We were especially proud to welcome back alumna Nicole Yvette Canegata, CDS ’98, as our photographer for the week. Nicole is a highly successful commercial, editorial, and fine art photographer, specializing in architectural, food, portraiture, and wedding photography. Her talent and artistic eye ensured that every student’s portrait reflected not just a face, but a spirit.

School Photo Week is more than a calendar event — it’s a celebration of who our Panthers are today, and who they are becoming.
