Meal Prep Program at Family Wellness Cafe

Introducing Our Meal Prep Packages! 🍏🍽️

We are excited to unveil our Meal Prep Program at Family Wellness Cafe, designed to provide healthy, delicious options tailored for students. Our menu features a variety of vegetarian and protein-packed meals, ensuring that every child receives the nutrition they need to thrive.

Lower School Menu:

  • We have created a separate menu for the Lower School, where parents can easily select their orders labeled by Date and Day of the Week.

  • There is no package option available as meals are already offered at the lowest cost of $ 10 per meal, which includes an Apple or Orange Juice. Once parents select a meal, they will be prompted to choose between apple juice or orange juice.

Upper School Menu:

  • The Upper School menu is located under Entrees. To provide added value, we offer a 1 Meal Option for Students, priced at $5 less than our corporate meals while maintaining the same portion sizes.

  • When parents or students click on the 5 Meals Student Meal, they will be prompted to select their 5 meals from options labeled by Week/Date/Day. It’s important that they choose correctly based on this labeling.

Ordering Process:

  1. After placing an order, GoPrep will prompt users to enter their email and phone number.

  2. Each user will create their username (using their email) and set up a password.

  3. They will then enter their credit card information.

  4. The portal will ask them to select a pickup location—please ensure they select GHCDS.

  5. For this first week, we will extend the ordering time up to Saturday, Sept. 13th 'til midnight. Moving forward, our deadline for orders is Thursday at midnight for the following week's menu.

  6. Students are fully responsible for their meals once delivered; they cannot store meals in the school kitchen or refrigerator.
