Our amazing 2nd graders recently took center stage to share their powerful opinion writing in a heartwarming end-of-year showcase for parents, teachers, and administrators.
With confidence and poise, each young author stepped up to the mic—no small task!—and delivered thoughtful, persuasive pieces on topics close to their hearts. From protecting animals and keeping our island beautiful and trash-free, to passionate book reviews of favorites like Dog Man and Dragon Masters, their voices rang loud and clear.
We are so proud of their growth as writers, thinkers, and speakers. Bravo, 2nd graders! Your ideas were impactful, your delivery was inspiring, and your courage was truly commendable. What a fantastic way to wrap up the year!
